When attempting to open reconciliation,
the following error occurs.
ERROR: Operation failed, please contact administrator
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access Reconciliation
2. Below error is displayed :
Operation failed, please contact administrator
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access Reconciliation
