How To Enable Chat Functionality In HR Help Desk ? (Doc ID 2450274.1)

Symptoms

User wants to enable the chat functionality between HR Help Desk Agent and Employee raising the Help Desk Service Request.

Currently user can see the chat icon in the toolbar  which shows "Not available for chat interactions". When logged in as employee, user does not see the chat icon available to them.
