Symptoms

Big Data Cloud (BDC) provisioning fails with:

<timestamp> Activity Started
<timestamp> Started operation to create service [<name>] in identity domain [idcs-#####].
<timestamp> Creating resources [<resource-name>] for service [<name>].
<timestamp> Completed creating service [<name>] resources in domain [idcs-#####].
<timestamp> Completed operation to establish security on VMs for component [bdcsce]
<timestamp> Started operation to establish security on VMs for component [bdcsce].
<timestamp> Started operation to check provisioning status on the VMs for [bdcsce]
<timestamp> Service has returned the following error(s) for service component [bdcsce]: [Big Data Cloud provisioning failed: [<resouce-name>: Please check ociCloudStoragePemKey, ociCloudStorageFingerprint and ociCloudStorageUserOCID and other storage properties].].
<timestamp> PSM-LCM-01101 Unable to provision service. One or more components could not be configured. See additional errors for more details.
