Symptoms
While trying to print a report via OB Loads -> Bill Of Lading. It appears permissions are not getting honored.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a user with the role as WH_SPERVISOR.
2. Created a group "WH_SUPERVISOR" and enabled the group permission for "reports/Can download reports".
3. Added this group to the above-created User.
4. The user login to the instance and tried to print a report via OB Loads -> Bill Of Lading.
5. The system throws the above error message.
