How to assign a custom template to Separate Remittance Advice process? (Doc ID 2450651.1)

Goal

Created a custom layout for Separate Remittance Advice (SRA) but its not being picked when Separate Remittance Advice process is run.

When submitting the process from Tools > Scheduled processes, there's no option to change the output template.
