Natural Account Hierarchy In Draft Mode (Doc ID 2450707.1)

Goal

It was recently noticed in our Production environment that the Account hierarchy for Natural Account segment was in 'Draft status'. We are not sure when this happened or how it happened. We would like two things:
1) What is the impact already in system if it was in draft for some time?
2) Steps to activate and publish to cube
