Error When Trying To Delete Phone Record With HDL (Doc ID 2450869.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to load Worker.zip with HDL in order to delete a phone number for an employee ,
the following error occurs.

java.lang.NullPointerException at oracle.apps.hcm.employment.core.workerServiceV2.view.PersonPhoneVOImpl.beforeLogicalRowProcessing(PersonPhoneVOImpl.java:98) at oracle.apps.hcm.common.core.HcmViewObjectImpl._beforeLogicalRowProcessing(HcmViewObjectImpl.java:3081) at


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator -> Data Exchange -> Import and Load Data -> Import File drop down -> Import Local File -> Worker.zip ->Submit
