Members cannot be Selected for Forms in Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) (Doc ID 2450881.1)

Symptoms

Launch the Data card in FCCS and opened a form. Click one of the POV dimensions with the intention to select a different member from the default. When the "Select a Member" dialog displays, only the dimension name is shown. None of the members from that dimension appear in the dialog to be chosen. The POV dimensions, the hierarchy is available when click on them. All forms are not affected.
