Symptoms

Following a successful SIM DSD On The Fly Receipt and a successfully processed SIM MPS Staged Message Payload being processed, the corresponding RMS DSDReceipt message fails in the RMS RIB hospital the following error occurs.

ERROR:
javax.ejb.EJBException: Exception while processing request: null

Steps to Recreate:
1. Send RMS DSDReceipt message from SIM.
2. Notice it failed in RMS RIB Hospital.
