Extract project and task information from PPM Cloud at real time

We have a requirement where we need to send project and task information from PPM Cloud to a third party system, at real time, whenever a project/task is created/updated.

We wanted to know if any of the below approaches are possible in PPM Cloud

Are there any project/task create/update business events that are exposed in ICS?
