When customer is trying to perform a misc issue, they are getting
The lot expiration date cannot contain a value because the item is not shelf
life controlled. (INV-2415506)

Item Lot Expiration Control was Userdefined expiration. They wanted to change it to No shelf life control. They have performed misc issue on all the on
hand and then changed the attribute. Once done they found that at the same time they updated the attribute , onhand was received with lot expiration
date. Now this onhand cannot be issued out as they are receiving the error. The lot expiration date cannot contain a value because the item is not shelf
life controlled. (INV-2415506).

If they try to update the Item Lot Expiration Control back to Userdefined expiration they get error 'Attribute cannot be updated because there are pending transactions to the
item.'
