BATCH_BUSINESS_USER Role has Insufficient Privileges

In Cloud RMS v16.0.027 BATCH_BUSINESS_USER role has insufficient privileges such that user cannot view logs as no items are available under the action menu.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Select Nightly from Monitoring Cycle.
2) Set Auto Refresh to 30 seconds.
3) Click on All Batch Jobs Tab.
4) Click Refresh button.
5) Select any job from job list and try to view the Log from the Actions Menu. Note that the option to view the log is disabled.
