Symptoms

When attempting to log into Prime Projects, the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Internal Server Error. An unknown error has occurred."

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Attempt to log into Prime Projects.
  2. Error.
