On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Report YTD Summary flag is not working as expected in the PROD environment

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For report flag, when set to Y, will pull the top of the row for the stack.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Generate report and balances are blank.
2. When changing the flag to N, the report pulls balances for all balances, not just the top row
