Symptoms

For any Oracle Cloud Hosted Unifier environment in Cloud Administration

Expected Result: Administator should be able to remove application access through Cloud Administration.

Actual Result: The following excerpt is returned in Cloud Administration trying to remove the user's application access:

[ApplicationProvisionServiceImpl] - unassigning Application Access failed : PrimaveraUnifierProduction due to Error while deleting user :[]
[UserResourceApi] - Revoking Application Access failed for user USERNAME
[UserResourceApi] - Completed unassigning of Application Access...
