Symptoms
Problem Description:
While attempting to perform one of the following actions in Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI), one of the below errors occur:
- edit an agent (save changes to an agent)
- run an agent
- view More Details for an agent
The following error occurred: Oracle BI Scheduler Error: [nQSError: 12017] Unexpected socket read timeout: connection terminated by network,
e.g. by the firewall. [nQSError: 12008] Unable to connect to port 123456 on machine chprrpm12345.techno.taleocloud.net.

Oracle BI Scheduler Error: The Scheduler client connection was closed.
