After enabling the "oic.adapter.connectivity-agent.ha" feature flag, unable to install a second agent into the Agent Group (Doc ID 2452084.1)

After enabling the "oic.adapter.connectivity-agent.ha" feature flag (in order to enable the HA functionality for the Connectivity Agent) the installation of the second agent fails with "Agent Group Already Contains Agent" :-
