Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

Contact address import is ending in error.

ERROR
-----------------------
An error occurred during the data import. (MKT-285235)
Details: This error occurred while importing data: A matching record of type ContactAddress cannot be found using the value of the attribute (Country) that you provided. (MKT-285218)
Cause: No record exists with the specified user key value. Action: Verify that the record with the specified user key exists. If it does not exist, then remove the reco.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to Sales Cloud application
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Manage File Import Activities
3. Create a Contact object import with the following mapping:
PersonProfile PartyId
PersonProfile ActionCode
ContactAddress Country
ContactAddress Address1
ContactAddress City

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete Contact address import.
