Letters Missing on PDF Files Created via PVD Printing (Doc ID 2452168.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When printing a PDF file using the Calibri (Bold or Regular) size 9 font in Primavera Virtual Desktop (PVD), letters are missing from the rendered image.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All the letters should appear on the PDF file.

The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:

  1. Navigate to a project and edit the Font set to Calibri (Bold, 9).
  2. Print the PDF and set to Open.
  3. Note missing letters in the rendered image.
