After the upgrade to REL13 the column is not aligned properly.

Below are examples of where the columns are not aligned:

1. Partner Enrollment Subtab Landing (Partner -> Partner Enrollment)
2. Partner Communication Field in Partner Profile
3. PNET Contact Accreditation Landing Page
4. Business Plan subtab landing in Edit Partner Component
