ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When performing a contact import to update an address, the import is completing successfully however, the address is not being updated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to Sales Cloud application
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Manage File Import Activities
3. Create a Contact object import with the following mapping:
Contact PartyId
Address Address Line 1
Address Address Line 2
Address City
Address State
Address Country
Address Postal Code

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update teh cotnact address using import.
