Oracle OSC App Issues Connecting

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, CX Integration
The customer is receiving Invalid error when attempting to validate the connection between OSC and Eloqua.
Also, the following error when trying to create a new action.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Eloqua
2. Go to the OSC Integration App
3. Go to Settings> Connection
4. Enter the following Connection details and click on the 'Validate Credentials' button
