Unable To Update The Payment Plan Minimum Amount In Participant Snapshot Manage Payment Plan (Doc ID 2452786.1)

User can not update the Payment Plan values at Participant level.

Please note: There are no paysheets created for the participant for any period.

Trying to individualize the minimum amount in the payment plan assignment in Participant Snapshot - Manage Payment plans.

Another person is using the record that you are attempting to update. Try again later

1. Participant Assignments -> Manage Payment Plans - created a generic payment plan with minimum amount 0.
2. Participant Snapshot > Manage Payment Plans.   Tried to assign this payment plan with a different minimum amount than 0, say 5833.  Saved with no error message.

When reopen the UI,the minimum amount has been reset to 0 ( default ).  If tried to update it to 5833 again, it throws an error saying "another person is using the record that you are attempting to update. Try again later"
