Unable To Update The Payment Plan Minimum Amount In Participant Snapshot Manage Payment Plan (Doc ID 2452786.1)

Symptoms

User can not update the Payment Plan values at Participant level.


Please note: There are no paysheets created for the participant for any period.

I am trying to individualize the minimum amount in the payment plan assignment in Participant Snapshot - Manage Payment plans.

another person is using the record that you are attempting to update. Try again later


STEPS
1. Participant Assignments -> Manage Payment Plans - created a generic payment plan with minimum amount 0.
2. Participant Snapshot > Manage Payment Plans.   Tried to assign this payment plan with a different minimum amount than 0, say 5833.  Saved with no error message.

When reopen the UI,the minimum amount has been reset to 0 ( default ).  If tried to update it to 5833 again, it throws an error saying "another person is using the record that you are attempting to update. Try again later"
