After adding a Team member in the Project via Parties tab, the users are not able to view them upon querying the Project

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to edit the Project manager info for Project as the Project Manager is not listed under Parties Tab but the Project Manager is assigned with a valid date
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to view the Project Manager in Parties tab and should be able to edit it
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query the Project in edit mode
2. Click on Parties tab
3. Unable to find the Project Manager and hence cannot edit the details
