Apply and OK Buttons Do Not Work in uDesigner BP General Tab Options (Doc ID 2453261.1)

Apply and OK buttons do not work in Business Process (BP) properties when attempting to make a change.


Apply and OK button should work

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Unifier
2. Navigate to Company Workspace > uDesigner > Business Processes >
3. Open any BP
4. Click on Open button then Options tab
5. In "Execute Actions when terminal status equals" drop down, select Approved
6. Click on Approve and/or OK button and nothing happens

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the administrator is not able to update the BP.
