Wrong Contact Email Address Is Populated Under To Addr (Doc ID 2453359.1)

Goal

Our users are getting error when sending email to customer from SR->Messages->Compose->Response.

We noticed wrong email address(contact) is populated under To address when composing the email from SR->Messages. SR has the correct contact record with different email address but compose-?Response is populating other contact which is not where mentioned on this SR, not sure where it is coming from. Please see attached document for more details.
