User change the participant's  home currency and can not update the payment plan.

There is an unpaid paysheet for participant <participant name > in payment batch <payment batch name> in this assignment date range. ( CN-1575366)
You must refresh the paysheet after completing the payment plan assignment. Do you want to continue ?

1. Create payment batch 'EMEA-Sept2018' and system generated a paysheet for participant Adam
2. User change the participant's home currency from USD to PLN
3. Try to change the role assignment and payment plan and get the error message.
4. Search for the unpaid paysheet for Adam but could not find any
