Symptoms

On : Unifier

When attempting to connect mobile app, users receive the error below. Was able to connect using Samsung S7.

ERROR

Connection to the server is lost. This action cannot be performed now.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to log in to Unifier using mobile app

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user cannot connect to Oracle Cloud Unifier using mobile app.
