Goal

In 18B new UI, the person who hires an employee through quick actions gets defaulted as the Manager.
This is different from the hiring process through classic UI (old UI).
No manager used to get defaulted in that.
Can this be fixed/controlled in new UI so that no manager gets default for hires through quick actions as well? Please refer to the attached document containing details.
