Error Message While Navigating Screens For Active Promotions

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to edit an active promotion the following error occurs.
The date must be on or after 5/4/2018
Steps to reproduce:
1.Login into RPM Cloud Env.
2.Identify any promotion that is active.
3. Click on Edit and select a offer if that is active.
