Symptoms

Users are unable to Auto-Populate or Link Project Shell or Business Process (BP) fields from a Schedule Sheet in the Schedule Manager so that they would be available to select in the Portfolio Manager.
Specifically the Start and End dates from the Project/Shell schedule sheet
