Symptoms

On Prime Projects: 18.8 version, Cloud: Mobile Apps

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Corrective Actions field of the Add Issue dialog is ghosted and unavailable for input.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Corrective Actions field of the Add Issue dialog should not be ghosted and should be unavailable for input.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
     1. Select Issues from the Field menu
     2. Select Add
     3. Add a QA/QC issue

BUSINESS IMPACT
Due to this issue, users cannot provide details in the Corrective Actions field
