Oracle Primavera Cloud has three types of product updates. Each is described below, including frequency and duration.
Monthly Release:
• Oracle Primavera Cloud has a planned monthly new feature release, scheduled for the First Friday/Saturday of each month. Refer to the table below for times per data center.
• Customers receive a notification in the Oracle Primavera Cloud application 48 hours before the monthly release is deployed.
• Customers can expect the application to be unavailable for approximately 4 hours.
Weekly Patch Set:
• Oracle Primavera Cloud has a planned weekly Patch release to address defects. Weekly Patch Sets are scheduled to occur on Friday/Saturday. Refer to the table below for times per data center.
• Customers will receive a notification in the Oracle Primavera Cloud application 48 hours before the weekly Patch is deployed.
• Customers can expect the application to be unavailable for approximately 3 hours.
All updates follow the schedule and timing below. Local data center times are highlighted in bold.

Hot Fixes:
• Hot fixes are deployed for critical issues that need to be fixed as soon as possible.
• Hot fixes are not scheduled and will be announced as needed.
• Hot fixes are deployed during non-business hours for each data center.
• Customers will receive a notification in the Oracle Primavera Cloud application as soon as possible before the hot fix is deployed.
• Customers can expect the application to be unavailable for approximately 1 hour.
