Error While Viewing Balances By Balance Group:The Balance Group Usage Is Invalid (Doc ID 2454407.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Global Payroll

When attempting to access the payroll calculation> Person > View Process results> Balance Results,
the following error occurs.

But if we search for results by Balance Name the results show up without issue.

ERROR

ORA-20001: The balance group usage is invalid because the balance group usage ID {BAL_GRP_USAGE_ID} does not exist.
