On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Cannot find account searching by OrganizationName and custom field

You are facing a problem that some accounts cannot be found in search.

The name of account is CONNECTA - SERVICOS GRAFICOS E DISTRIBUICAO LTDA. When you try to search using this information it returns "Not found". The same issue happens with CNPJ_c equals 14040686000159.

The PartyId is 300000422149839. you attached the screenshot of the search page.

Account should be visible during the search

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OSC
2. Navigate to Account and search for account CONNECTA - SERVICOS GRAFICOS E DISTRIBUICAO LTDA
3. Not found

BUSINESS IMPACT

This is impacting business user from finding proper records in the system
