Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Manage Payments-Prepare and Record Payments

When attempting to confirm a PPR
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Applications
2. Navigate to: Payables / Payments
3. Initiate a new PPR, print checks
4. Confirm payment fails
