Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

There are no compensation plans available at this time

I am trying to proxy in as CEO and receive "There are no compensation plans available at this time." when I choose Act as Proxy in Compensation. I have started the compensation cycle for both Salary and Equity Plan. Attached are screen shots of the plan cycles.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Comp Plan should show for managers to access.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Start process for the comp plan for 2018 cycle
2. Process completes.
3. Act as proxy and plan does not appear for manager.
