Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Unable to Add Translations for Active E-Signature Statements (Doc ID 2454800.1)

Symptoms

Problem Description:

When attempting to add a new translation to an existing E-Signature Statement, there is no ability to add them.  Making other changes to the E-Signature, such as changing the name, is not reflecting on the job application.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Access Setup and Maintenance
  2. Select the Tasks icon on the right side, then select Search from the expanded menu
  3. Search for and select the following task:  Recruiting Content Library
  4. Select Show Filters at the top, then check the box next to the following under Category: Job Application E-Signature Statement   
  5. Locate the active E-Signature Statement from the list of results and select it to edit
  6. The E-Signature page with content item details, version details, and additional versions display
  7. Select the globe icon next to Content Item Details to View Translations -- the language translations can only be viewed and not edited
  8. Select the globe icon next to Version Details to View Translations -- the language translations can only be viewed and not edited
