Goal

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Opportunities

Opportunity Timestamps

The timestamps in the application specially in Opportunities are not aligned with the Customer Timezone i.e. UTC+10 i.e. Guam time.
Customer has set the time zone as UTC+10 from the task "Set User General Preferences" but still the timestamps are different than the system timestamp.
 

How to create Opportunity name with customer local timestamp?
