Unable to modify or cancel OBLPNs on RF. (Doc ID 2454889.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.0.0 version, Application Framework

When the transaction prompts for a "new quantity" of the item in the OBLPN, the value of 0 is accepted but an error reading :

"No details added to container"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

-RF transaction “Mod/Cancel”  and select the <OBLPNNUMBER>

The issue happens when customer would like to remove all units of a single SKU, in an OBLPN containing multiple SKUs. So essentially moving all units of one item out of an OBLPN that contains multiple different items. They do not want to cancel the OBLPN, just remove a single item.”
