Receipts can be created on end dated customer accounts, business does not want the end dated customer accounts to be shown in the receipts creation page. In the current environment, user can query an end dated customer and can apply a receipt on it.
We have more than two customer accounts for a party, and one of them can be end dated. The end dated account will still show up when we try to apply receipts, thereby cause business users to apply receipt in the wrong account.
