In-place customizations are not allowed on factory delivered content. Save your customizations in /Shared/Custom.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Reports and Analytics
2. All Folders > Shared Folders > Human Capital Management >Compensation> Total Compensation Statement
3. Select edit
4. Select Add New Layout
5. Select Upload
6. Enter in Required information
7. Error is thrown
