The source 12.2 database was hosted in the Oracle Cloud OCI-Classic and the target was an 18c OCI database.
The upgrade process crashes while running the SQL "alter system flush shared_pool;". This issue was seen only for a particular PDB while for other PDBs in the same setup and cloned in the same way, the issue was not seen.

Details of the steps used:

- db-20 was 12.2 database in OCI Classic.
- db-100 was18.2 database in OCI.
- A VPN connection between both datacenters and a databaselink between both databases was used.
- Open source restricted

PDB Cloning from 12.2 to 18.2 CDB was attempted.
