Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
CSV Export xcsvwpcd function only exports the parent data from the tables, without the related child details.

In the current example it only exports AGENT data, without the AGENT_DETAILS information although the foreign key exists and needs to be honored.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The xcsvwpcd option exports child-data in multi-table CSV format along with each parent table and also exports referenced foreign key data in a sequence suitable for importing while honoring foreign key relationships.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Business Process Automation > Data Import/Export > CSV Export
2. Use default settings (export table, browser, run job in background N), click run
3. Exoport CSV select xcsvwpcd
Table name: agent
Exclude public: N
Where clause: AGENT_GID =
4. Notice only the agent header is exported
