Recalculate Seniority Button Not Working In Manage Seniority Dates For HR Specialist or HR Manager (Doc ID 2455519.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When submitting the Recalculate Seniority process from the manage seniority date form using the seeded HR Specialist or HR Manager roles the process does run properly and seniority dates are not calculated. Submitting this process from the Manage Seniority Dates form is done by clicking on the "Recalculate Seniority" button on the top right of the form.

Also to notice is that when the process is submitted it pops up a message with the process id, the id is always "-1".

When this is done using a user with the HCM Application Administrator role the process works as expected and an actual process ID is provided. Please follow the screencast links below for a demonstration of the issue.
