PO's Not Created In WMS after sending xml data

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Purchase Order xml data was successfully sent to WMS but the PO was not created in UI.
Once PO xml data is successfully sent to WMS, it should be available in WMS, Purchase Orders screen.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Postman
2. Enter Post URL
3. Enter async "0"
4. Enter xml_data for the PO nnnn:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><LgfData>
5. Click on "Send"
6. Get message "Processing completed successfully for file group: nnnn_nnnnn"
