Goal

For the following setup, an issue with the OIC Integration subscribing to OSC Contact/Account Events (Create/Update Type) is being seen.

How can the setup be modified that we do not receive the On Update Event for the Contact (or Organization), when we are creating the new Original System Reference from On Create Event based OIC Integration?
