ACK Transmission to Argus is Failing (Doc ID 2455836.1)

Symptoms

ACK transmission to Argus is failing with the following error message.

Error 1)

Error(Error(com.cyclonecommerce.tradingengine.transport.UnableToConnectException: Error connecting to HTTP server XXXX-XXXXX-XXX.oracleindustry.com/XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:XXXX, timeout=30s (30,000ms); javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: java.security.cert.CertificateException: Unable to validate: Version: 3 Serial Number:

Also in the transmission status is stuck at "EDI In" in Worklist > Bulk ICSR Transmit screen with the following error in the status details.
