Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After loading with success Course_Activity.zip (Course.dat with InstructorLedActivity discriminator and ClobFiles) no data is visible in UI

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After loading with success Course_Activity.zip (Course.dat with InstructorLedActivity discriminator and ClobFiles) the data from the zip file should be visible in UI

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator -> Data Exchange -> Import and Load Data -> Import File drop down -> Import Local File -> Course_Activity.zip ->Submit
2. Verify data in My Workforce->Learning->Learning Catalog->Offering->select Offering->Edit->Activity
