Last updated on APRIL 17, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Digital Assistant - Version 18.3.5 to 18.4.3
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

The Chatbot being built is hosted on MCS Cloud application. This ChatBot will be calling Third party Fusion App API ( SCM API).
When Third party API is called from MCS (ChatBot), it will ask for authentication/authorization of that SCM API.
Now as per the architecture, ChatBot will call IDCS Authorization end point and token end point to get Oauth token from IDCS.
Now IDCS got SAML2 setup between IDCS(Service Provider) and SCM as Identity provider) , and IDCS will receive SAML response from SCM and will generate corresponding OuthToken and will forward it to MCS.

How can the IDCS authorization and token end point url be called from MCS i.e. through Backend ->Security or Connector part?
Is 3-Legged OAuth flow available in Autonomous mobile cloud ?
